The ReconnectStatistics show that involved fathers provide a buffer against a variety of negative outcomes for their daughters. Women in healthy father-daughter relationships have lower rates of teenage pregnancy, experience less dating violence, and wait longer to become sexually active. We encourage Dads who are estranged from their daughters to seek reconnection. The relationship is too critical to be abandoned, so we’ve created a targeted plan of action for fathers to re-establish vibrant relationships with their daughters.

Real Heroes Wanted is a program that encourages men to use the power they have in their communities to prevent violence against women. The program also addresses the immense trauma experienced by victims of sexual violence and ways in which men can support the recovery process.

Operation Job ReadinessAt She's My Daughter, we are passionate about helping women gain sustainable employment. Operation Job Readiness offers resume writing assistance, interview practice, lessons in communication skills, and advice for succeeding in the workplace.

Self-Defense ClassWe offer free bimonthly classes from a local self-defense specialist. The class strengthens a woman’s ability to defend herself against attacks and builds self-confidence.
